By placing an order, you agree to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. 

Payment

Domestic Orders

Payments can be made through credit cards, debit cards, international cards, net banking or UPI. 

International Orders

Payments for International Orders are accepted through credit and debit cards and are subject to a 3% fee (levied by the card companies). 

Any other import duties or taxes (VAT) levied in the destination country of the shipment has to be borne by the customer. These Duties or Taxes are to be paid extra as per actuals and are subject to change.

As a guide the current tariffs are as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation By Red Thread Design (OPC) Private Limited T/A Tourmali:

On rare occasions, there may be certain orders that we cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order.  Reasons may include limitation on quantity available for purchase, errors in pricing or product. We further reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will keep you informed at all times should this situation arise.

Cancellation by Customer:

Once an order is placed, it may be possible to cancel provided the item has not shipped, please contact us immediately so as we can act promptly; cancellations received after shipment will fall under the conditions of or “buy back policy”.

PRODUCTS

All our products are displayed on the website along with images and detailed product descriptions and we strive to offer unique pieces of fine jewellery.  We ensure our product descriptions are fully accurate however Gem colours can be impacted by an individuals’ screen resolution or indeed through different lighting environments when viewed physically.

Buy Back/Refund Policy

In all instances this policy is subject to the item being returned in pristine condition along with its original packaging and documentation where applicable.

Buy Back

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if you fall out of love with it or want to exchange it for another piece we will buy back the item less 25% of the original price paid and excluding any government taxes or tariffs paid by you.

Returns

We can only accept returns where goods have been damaged in transit and where we and the courier company have been notified within 24 hours of delivery and where it has clearly been determined by us that damage occurred in the delivery process and not after having been delivered.
